Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 — Seller's Identity

Article 2 — Products
The items offered are new clothing and accessories. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot bind the seller in the event of a slight difference.
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Any delivery costs are not included in the price of the items: they are calculated according to the chosen carrier and destination, then displayed to the customer before the final validation of the order, so that the total amount to be paid is known before any payment.
Article 4 — Negotiation / Price Offers
Certain items may be subject to a price proposal by the customer. Acceptance or counter-proposal is automatic. Any accepted offer is valid once and commits to purchase at the agreed price.
Article 5 — Order and Payment
Payment is made by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, securely. The order is validated after payment confirmation.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days after payment validation, via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or Vinted Go. Deliveries are made in metropolitan France; any other zone is specified during the order. Costs and delivery times are indicated before the order; a tracking number is provided upon shipment. Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. To exercise this right, they must notify their decision by an unambiguous declaration (email to mone.pro@outlook.fr) or by using the standard withdrawal form reproduced below. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags, within 14 days following notification; return costs are borne by the customer. The seller will refund all sums paid, including initial standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as that used for the order. The seller may defer reimbursement until the items have been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of their shipment, the date taken being the first of these facts.

Article 8 — Legal Guarantees
Products sold benefit by right and without additional charge from the following legal guarantees.
Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): the seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. The customer has a period of 2 years from delivery to act and benefits from a presumption that defects appearing within this period existed at the time of delivery. They can choose between repair and replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in article L.217-12, and can obtain, under certain conditions, a price reduction or rescission of the sale. Any repair or replacement is free of charge to the customer. This guarantee applies independently of any commercial warranty.
Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): the customer can implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the sold item; they can then choose between rescission of the sale and a price reduction, within a period of 2 years from the discovery of the defect (article 1648 para. 1).

Article 9 — Liability
MONE OUTFIT undertakes to describe its products with the greatest accuracy. The seller cannot be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the items, by a third party, or due to force majeure. The seller remains bound by the legal guarantees referred to in Article 8.
Article 10 — Personal Data (GDPR)
The data controller is EL HELW JOLANE (MONE OUTFIT), 110 B rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, 75011 Paris, mone.pro@outlook.fr. The collected data (identity, contact details, delivery address, order data) are processed for the purposes of order management, delivery, invoicing, and customer service. The legal bases are the performance of the sales contract, compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax), and, for prospecting, consent. Data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship then archived in accordance with legal deadlines (including 10 years for accounting documents). They are intended for the seller and its strictly necessary subcontractors (host, payment provider, carriers). The customer has a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). Article 11 — Consumer Mediation
In accordance with articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, a customer who has sent a written complaint to the seller (to mone.pro@outlook.fr) and has not received satisfaction, or in the absence of a response within two months, may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator for an amicable resolution of the dispute. MONE OUTFIT is in the process of adhering to an approved consumer mediation scheme; the full contact details of the competent mediator (name, postal address, and website) will be communicated to the customer upon request to mone.pro@outlook.fr and will be integrated into this article upon effective adherence.
Article 12 — Applicable Law and Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to first contact the seller at mone.pro@outlook.fr to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the consumer customer may resort to consumer mediation (see Article 11). The consumer customer retains the benefit of the mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence and may bring proceedings before one of the territorially competent courts within the meaning of the Code of Civil Procedure.
