Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how MONE OUTFIT collects, uses and protects your personal data when you browse and place an order on the moneoutfit.com website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data collected

We collect the data you provide us with: identity, contact details, delivery address, e-mail address, as well as data relating to your orders and their payment.

Purposes

Your data is used for the management and tracking of your orders, delivery, invoicing, customer service and, subject to your consent, sending commercial communications (newsletter).

Legal basis

The processing and tracking of your orders are based on the performance of the sales contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). The retention of invoices and accounting documents is based on our legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c). Customer service, website security and fraud prevention are based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f). The sending of the newsletter and the deposit of non-essential cookies are based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.

Recipients of the data

Your data is never sold. It is only communicated to the service providers necessary for the execution of your order: our host and e-commerce solution Shopify International Limited, our secure payment provider and our carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Vinted Go). These service providers act as subcontractors, solely on our instructions. When a data transfer outside the European Union is likely to occur, it is governed by appropriate safeguards (in particular the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).

Retention period

Order and customer account data are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship then archived; invoices and accounting documents are kept for 10 years in accordance with the French Commercial Code; prospecting data are kept for 3 years from your last contact or until you withdraw your consent; cookies are kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can exercise these rights by e-mail to mone.pro@outlook.fr; proof of identity may be requested and we undertake to respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, www.cnil.fr).

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies ensure the functioning of the site (management of your session, your basket and security) and do not require your consent.
