Delivery — preparation and shipping

Each order is carefully prepared and shipped within 5 business days after payment validation.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via Colissimo, Mondial Relay or Vinted Go, depending on the chosen option and destination.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are calculated at the time of order, based on the chosen carrier and package weight. They are displayed before payment validation.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided upon shipment of the package, allowing you to track its delivery with the carrier.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned item, using the same payment method as used for the order.

Contact us at mone.pro@outlook.fr with your order number; the return address will be provided in response. You can use the standard withdrawal form below.
